OLEP operates a private placement investment process for sophisticated private investors who understand the returns and risk profile of exploration in the oil & gas sector. Such investors can participate and exit according to the Partnership Agreement. Allocation of interest is available subject to opportunities resulting from dilution of existing investors. OLEP offers early exit opportunities to all its investors subject to receiving offers from parties seeking to enter the project. Further, following the default of an existing investor, interests may also be made available for transfer. Investors participate as Limited Partners in the partnership and may benefit from such shortfalls pre-emptively before the opportunity is placed in the private market.
